The staff there were super helpful, showing me each one closely and explaining how they worked. That evening, I went ahead and placed my order, and just a few days later, everything arrived. The folks at Tentbox, Lucas and Joe, made the trip to my home to repair a few sockets on my tentbox lite porch pole. They swapped out three of them, replaced the securing bolts, and even cleaned the Tent. They did a fantastic job and shared some handy maintenance tips for the bolts. Really appreciate it, great work!
